What this site is

Property Tricity Live is a news and media site about real estate in the Chandigarh Tricity. We publish video interviews, reports and guides. Read how we work in our editorial policy and see who owns us in our ownership disclosure.

Everything here is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not a valuation of any property. Prices and market figures shown on the site are indicative averages; where a figure is a placeholder it is labelled illustrative. Before you buy, check approvals and RERA registration yourself, and take professional advice.

Interviews and opinions

Interview guests speak for themselves. Their views, claims and figures are theirs, not ours, and appearing on our channel is not an endorsement. Sponsored content is labelled.

Corrections

If you think something we published is wrong, email propertytricitylive@gmail.com with the page address and what is wrong. When we get something materially wrong we correct it and show the updated time on the story.
