Property Tricity Live is a regional media platform for the Chandigarh Tricity property market. We interview the people building the region, report from its six corridors, and explain what it all means for buyers.

What we do

We produce long-form video interviews with developers, planners and experts on The Builder's Desk, file ground reports from construction sites and new corridors, and publish locality guides and buyer explainers.

We are a newsroom, not a property portal. We do not list, sell or broker property, and we don't take enquiries on behalf of developers.

Editorial policy

Interviews are on the record
Guests know they are being recorded for publication. We publish chapters and an edited transcript with every video, and we label edits for length or clarity.
Sponsored content is labelled
If anyone pays for coverage, the story carries a clear Sponsored label. Sponsors do not approve our independent reporting.
We show our sources
Reports that rely on official records — RERA filings, approvals, notifications — say so in a Sources & records box.
